About Us
Here at “Café de Paris” our mission is to give our customers the best experience and a unique taste of Paris. Every early morning, we bake our pastries fresh because we understand that nothing is worth the smell of abutter croissant when you walk in the door. I remember growing up in Paris my mother used to wake me up at 5 am to go get some fresh baguettes, she likes the warm and crusty taste of it. At “Café de Paris,” we hand craft all of our pastries and we bake them with lots of heart. We want to make our customers feel like they are in Paris when they visit us.
Making the best and delicious pastries is our Passion, and it all begins by following all steps and the long process to make each item. We monitor mixing dough, adding ingredients slowly, waiting for dough to rise, and all the way up to the last minute where it is ready bake. Each step could take as long as 2 to 3 hours and as long as 8 hours, which is what makes these pastries taste so good and look so flakey. Each item requires a unique way to mix, prep, and bake. As we used to say, “it’s all in the recipe and technique.”
